So how does all this work?

  • If you’ve seen a design you’d like to use (or use as a jumping off point) you can navigate to our Make it Mine page. There you can tell us a bit about your yourself and your idea, (you can even upload an image) and send it along. Someone will contact you within 24 hours with any questions or clarification and often even with the first design draft.
  • From there you will work directly with the artist who will help you refine the logo as well as help figure out just the right garment. There won’t be any “let me ask…” to get your answers. Your single point of contact will manage all of your questions and ensure the whole process is smooth.
  • You may have exactly what you want to do already polished up like a professional graphic designer, but if you don’t, we can work with you to make whatever changes you need.
  • If you’re feeling creative there is a free online design too called Canva that is feature-rich and easy to learn/use. When you’re done with your masterpiece, just send us a link and we can take it from there.
  • Can you match a specific font? Generally speaking, yes. There are hundreds of thousands of options and we will do our best to match your examples. If we’re using a deign you’ve done yourself and you can let us now the name of the typeface that is the easiest option.
  • Screen Printing This is the most common choice for the majority of our orders. It gives a great deal of flexibility in colors choice and allows for the most detail. Pricing is based on the number of colors used and the number of print locations (printing on the front only vs printing front and back, for example). For screen printing, the size of the logo does not impact cost.
  • Embroidery This is colored thread stitched directly into the garment. Embroidery is typically used on the left chest of a garment or the front of a cap. It offers a classier, more upscale look. Embroidery prices are based on the number of stitches and not on the number of colors. (The larger the logo, the more expensive it would be.)
  • Digital transfer This is a digital image printed onto a heat sensitive film that is then applied to the garment under high heat and pressure. This allows for highly detailed images with an infinite array of colors. Transfer prices are based on quantity and the size of the logo (larger logo = more expensive)

Pricing varies depending on a number of variables.

  • Quantity We have a minimum order of twelve pieces to be decorated the same way. As your quantity increases you get increasing price discounts.
  • Item We have thousands of garment options. From t-shirts, to tank tops, hoodies and beanies, each item has a unique base price that factors into your final prices.
  • Decoration options How you choose to decorate your apparel is another part of how your final price is factored. The decoration method as well as how many decoration locations all factor in.

We have two main ways to move from your finished idea to an order.

  • Bulk Orders Once the design stage is complete, if you know exactly what items and sizes you need, we can go straight to the invoice process. Just email/text us the list and we can generate the invoice and send it back to you for review. Once the invoice has been paid we move everything forward into production.
  • Individual Orders Once the design process is complete, we can set up our online order tool, called the Vault, where each person in your group can choose their own items and sizes and process their own payments. This can also be set up to allow for members to sign up and then the group can make one bulk payment.
